Terms & Conditions for Tubify

By downloading or using the Tubify mobile application ("Tubify", "the app"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Intellectual Property and Use of the App
You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of Tubify, or any part of it, in any way. You may not use the app, its name, or its logo for commercial purposes without permission.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
Tubify uses YouTube API Services to power its search and playback features. By using Tubify, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Content available through YouTube belongs to its respective owners, and Tubify does not claim any ownership of it.
3. Your Content
You are responsible for the music files you import into Tubify from your device, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. Imported files are stored only on your device.
Important: if you delete Tubify from your device, iOS permanently removes all imported files, playlists and settings. Tubify cannot recover this data, so please keep your original files.
4. Free App and Advertising
Tubify is a free app supported by advertising (provided by Unity Ads). By using the app, you agree that ads may be shown, including banner ads, full-screen ads and optional rewarded video ads.
Some optional features — such as the Gradient and Solid themes — can be unlocked for a limited time (currently 7 days) by choosing to watch a rewarded video. The availability of ads and rewards is not guaranteed, and the reward period may change in future versions.
No charges will ever be applied for Tubify's services without making it completely clear what the payment is for.
5. Changes to the App
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue any part of Tubify at any time, including its features and the content available through it.
6. Internet Connection
Some features of Tubify, such as search, streaming and ads, require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). Tubify is not responsible if the app does not work at full functionality because you do not have internet access or have run out of data. Your mobile carrier's charges may apply.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Tubify is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tubify is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app or from third-party services (such as YouTube or Unity Ads).
8. Apple App Store
These Terms apply together with Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not responsible for Tubify or its content.
9. Privacy
Your use of Tubify is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://tubify.pages.dev/privacy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" above will be updated. Please review this page periodically.
